Dashboard & Projects
Drop files, choose Transcribe or Caption, and manage your recent projects.
The dashboard is the starting point. Drag any video or audio file onto it and choose what you want to do.
Add a File
- 1Drag any video or audio file onto the dashboard.
- 2Drop on the left half to Transcribe (speech-to-text only), or the right half for Caption (full UGC caption workflow).
- 3Single files open directly in the workspace. Multiple files are queued and processed one by one.
Recent Projects
Recent Projects lists everything you've worked on, newest first. Click a project to open it. Right-click for Open, Re-transcribe, Regenerate Caption, Export, or Delete.
Multi-Select & Batch
Hold Shift and click to select multiple projects for batch actions: regenerate captions, re-transcribe, or export. While the batch queue is running, each card shows its status — Queued, Processing (with a running outline), Done, or Failed. Active items (processing, then queued) stay at the top so you can watch them; finished items sort below, newest first.
Clear All removes every project; Delete removes the selected ones. Both ask for confirmation first.
