Turn a transcript into short, readable caption lines — with optional emoji.

Caption Mode splits your transcript into short caption lines formatted for UGC videos — with context-aware emoji and hooks.

Start Caption Mode

  1. 1After transcription, switch to Caption Mode in the workspace.
  2. 2Choose a layout: Short (3–4 words), Medium (4–6 words), Full (per sentence), or Word (up to two words per clip). See Caption Layouts for the full comparison.
  3. 3Toggle emoji on or off. Default adds context-aware emoji to ~30–50% of lines; the No Emoji preset keeps it clean. (Word layout disables emoji automatically.)
  4. 4Generate. The AI follows your transcript verbatim — it should not add, remove, or reword your spoken content.

Your default layout lives in Settings → Caption Gen.

For long videos and podcasts, MagiaCap offers a fast client-side segment mode so you don't pay LLM costs for 10+ minute files.
