Troubleshooting: Batch & Queue
Unstick a batch job or a failed item in the processing queue.
The batch queue is sequential: one project at a time, in order.
Check Status Badges
Check the status badges — Failed shows red. Everything else keeps the queue moving.
Retry a Failed Item
A failed item: right-click it and choose Re-transcribe (or Regenerate Caption) to retry.
Queue Runs in Background
The queue never blocks the dashboard — you can open other projects while it runs. Long items push later ones back; that's expected for a 1-by-1 queue.
A long project delays everything behind it. Split very long projects into smaller batches if you're waiting.
