Batch Processing

Regenerate captions, re-transcribe, and export many projects at once with a queue.

Select several projects on the dashboard (hold Shift and click) and run one action across all of them.

How to Batch

  1. 1Hold Shift and click the projects you want to include.
  2. 2Right-click any selected project to open the multi-select menu.
  3. 3Choose Regenerate Caption, Re-transcribe, or Export (transcripts or titles).
  4. 4Watch the queue: each card shows Queued → Processing (running outline) → Done or Failed.
The queue processes one project at a time. A failed item turns red — right-click it and choose Re-transcribe to retry.
